Refund Policy

As a rule, sales are final: the $10 AirVenture 2027 event pass unlocks access the moment you pay. Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right applies and this policy does not remove it.

The $10 AirVenture 2027 event pass is a one-time purchase covering unlimited posting for that event year. Because it unlocks access immediately on payment, we do not otherwise offer refunds once a purchase is complete, so please make sure you want to buy before checking out.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, whether because of a duplicate charge, a payment for an event you could not attend, or a right you have where you live, contact us and we will look at it. We will not treat this policy as a reason to refuse a refund the law requires.

If your bank or card issuer forces a chargeback outside of our control, unlimited posting access is deactivated for that account. You keep the free posts you've already used, and any posts already published remain visible unless separately removed through normal moderation.
