Refund Policy

As a rule, sales are final: the $10 AirVenture 2027 event pass unlocks access the moment you pay. Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right applies and this policy does not remove it.

The $10 AirVenture 2027 event pass is a one-time purchase covering unlimited posting for that event year. Because it unlocks access immediately on payment, we do not otherwise offer refunds once a purchase is complete — please make sure you want to buy before checking out.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund — because of a duplicate charge, a payment for an event you could not attend, or a right you have where you live — contact us and we will look at it. We will not treat this policy as a reason to refuse a refund the law requires.

If your bank or card issuer forces a chargeback outside of our control, unlimited posting access is deactivated for that account — you keep the free posts you've already used, and any posts already published remain visible unless separately removed through normal moderation.
