Flightline is an independently developed app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) or EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.
Your account
You need a valid email address to sign in, and you're responsible for keeping your account secure. Display names must be unique and shouldn't impersonate another person or organization.
Posting
Posting is limited to attendees physically on the AirVenture grounds — we confirm this with a one-time location check before issuing a posting pass. You agree to post only content you own or have permission to share, and not to post anything illegal, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights. You keep ownership of what you post; by posting, you give Flightline permission to display it in the app to other attendees.
Moderation
Flightline may remove content that violates these terms and may suspend or delete accounts for repeated violations. As a safeguard against harassment, an account that receives reports from three or more different attendees is automatically suspended pending review — this can be reversed on review if the reports turn out to be unfounded.
Event pass
The $10 AirVenture 2027 event pass unlocks unlimited posting for that specific event year only — it is not a lifetime unlock and does not carry over to future years. See the refund policy for payment-related terms.
No warranty
Flightline is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running reliably during the event, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we're not liable for lost content or damages arising from use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
